Labor Rates – Service Call and Shop Labor.

Service Call – 1 Hour Minimum Charge and half hour increments thereafter.

Shop Rate – ½ Hour for QC (Quick Check) Inspection.

1 Hour Minimum for In Complex Equipment Inspection and Repair Quote Follows.

Overtime:

Time and Half: Service Before and After Regular Business Hour will be Overtime and Charge the Overtime rate

Double Time:Sunday and Holidays Overtime Call Out Charge – 4 Hour Minimum

The Above Rates Apply to Time Travel, Onboard & Shop Work.

Travel & Expenses:

Travel time billed at labor rates.

Labor charges Portal to Portal (begin when technician departs shop and ends upon return to shop).

Off Island Travel:

All expenses will be billed – Airfare, Lodging, Meals, Taxis, etc. Shipping: Billed at published rates

Special Order:

All sales final on Special Orders, 50 % Down Payment is Requires, Outstanding Balance must pay in full before pickup.

Payment Terms:

New Customers and Customers who have not established Account with us will be on COD terms. All outstanding Balance must pay immediately upon completion of work or delivery of equipment.

In some cases, prepayment may be required. Established customer on open credit accounts will be placed terms of Net 15 days.An interest Charge of 1.0% per month will be assessed on Overdue Accounts.If your Account is Overdue you May Be Placed on COD Terms.
